Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

None. Micho has no sign-up, no login, no analytics, no crash-reporting service, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind. The app does not request internet access.

The information you enter — pet profiles, vaccination records, medication and parasite treatment schedules, weight entries, vet visit notes, photographs and scanned documents — is written only to storage that belongs to the app on your own device. It is never transmitted to us or to anyone else, because the app has no means of transmitting it.

2. Device backups

If you have enabled your phone's own backup service (Android Backup or Apple iCloud Backup), your operating system may include Micho's data in that backup. Those backups belong to you and are governed by Google's or Apple's terms. We have no access to them and no way to read them.

3. Purchases

Micho offers one optional one-time purchase. Payment is handled entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never receive your name, address, email address, or payment details. The stores provide us only with anonymous, aggregated sales figures.

4. Sharing

We share no personal data with anyone, because we hold none. There are no third-party software development kits in the app that collect or transmit data.

5. Your control over your records

• You can export everything you have entered at any time, in a readable file you keep. Export is a free feature and will not be placed behind a purchase.
• You can delete any record, or any pet, from inside the app.
• Uninstalling the app removes the data it stored on your device. If your operating system has already copied that data into your own device backup, removing it from there is done through your Google or Apple account settings. Export first if you want to keep a copy.

Because we never receive your data, we cannot retrieve, restore, or delete it on your behalf.

6. Children

Micho is not directed at children and collects no personal information from anyone, of any age.

7. Legal rights

Data protection laws such as the GDPR and Turkey's KVKK give you rights of access, correction, deletion and portability over personal data held about you. We hold no such data. Your records remain in your possession at all times, and the app's export function gives you portability directly.

8. Not veterinary advice

Micho is a record-keeping and reminder tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition, and it is not a substitute for the judgement of a qualified veterinarian.

9. Changes to this policy

If the app ever gains a feature that changes how information is handled, this page will be updated before that feature is released, and the date at the top will change.
